Microsoft is preparing for a big event to showcase indie games, with promises of completely new announcements and content updates for released games
It’s been almost a year since the first showcase of Xbox indie games – ID @ Xbox – on Twitch, and Microsoft is getting ready to stream another one soon.
The latest blog post on the official Xbox website announced that the next ID @ Xbox showcase is scheduled for next week, and will include updates on currently released indie games and some completely new game announcements. The ID @ Xbox showcase is set to release next week on March 16, and while it won’t be a completely big event like last year’s ID @ Xbox Game Fest showcase, the Xbox blog post specifically mentions game developers Finji and Whitethorn, who are currently working on Tunic and Lake.
It’s worth noting that the last similar showcase included information about major indie releases like OlliOlli World and Stardew Valley, so the news should be very exciting.
