The Silent Hill 2 remake game does not officially support the Arabic language, unfortunately. However, an Arabic translator was able to release an Arabic translation for the game by Konami yesterday.
FLTAH account tweeted mentioning that the initial version of the Silent Hill 2 Remake translation has been released through their Discord channel, which you can access from this link. This person is the same one who provided an Arabic translation for the game Black Myth Wukong.
