Third-person perspective coming to Halo Infinite in November

The Halo series has been known since its beginning as a first-person shooter game, but players will soon have the opportunity to play it in a completely different way, as Microsoft and 343 Industries have announced that Halo Infinite will add a third-person mode in November.

The third-person mode in Halo Infinite has been developed in collaboration with the support studio SkyBox Labs, and will initially be limited to PvE Firefight mode, although 343 Industries has suggested that PvP multiplayer and Forge modes may also add the new camera perspective in the future.

343 Industries also shared a short video clip of the game showcasing glimpses of the ongoing work on the third-person perspective in Halo Infinite.

Previous reports have indicated that Halo Infinite has become profitable and work on the next installment is currently ongoing.
