You can initiate an item or product return for a refund by going to our “Make A Return” page should the following conditions is/are to occur,
- Damaged due to Shipping – These are items or products that were damaged during the shipping process.
- Factory defects – These are items or products that were defective even before it was shipped.
- Wrong Product (Color, Size, Specification) – These are items or products that are not functionally and physically the same as what is shown on the product page.
The customer can choose to have a FULL REFUND or a PRODUCT REPLACEMENT. Please make sure to initiate a return 10 days after the item or product is received to make the request illegible.
