In this guide, we will explain the steps to install the Natural Vision Evolved mod to enhance the graphics of Grand Theft Auto 5. But before anything else, we want to warn that using mods in online gameplay may result in a ban from Rockstar. Therefore, we recommend using them only in the single-player mode as authorized by Rockstar.
Steps:
- Create a new folder named “mods” inside the GTA 5 game folder.
- Locate the “updates” folder within the downloaded mod files and copy it into the “mods” folder you created recently.
- Run OpenIV program, choose the language (English or Russian), agree to the terms of use, then select the installation path. Make sure to select the correct GTA 5 path when prompted by the program.
- After installing OpenIV, select Grand Theft Auto V for Windows, specify the GTA 5 game path. Then, select “ASI Manager” from the toolbar, and make sure to install the three options: (ASI Loader, OpenIV.ASI, and openCamera).
- Now, download the Natural Vision Evolved mod from Razed Mods website.
- With OpenIV still running, open the RAR file containing NVE. In OpenIV, select “Edit Mode,” then drag and drop the “Natural Vision Evolved Installer Part One” file into the OpenIV window. Select “Install” and choose the “mods” folder as the installation location. Repeat the same process with “Natural Vision Evolved Installer Part Two.” After installing both files, exit “Edit Mode” and close OpenIV.
- Open the “ENB” folder inside the downloaded NVE folder. Choose one of the three settings (Low, Medium, or High) based on your device’s specifications. Copy all files from the chosen setting and paste them into the main GTA 5 folder.
- After completing these steps, you should have successfully installed the Natural Vision Evolved mod. Restart GTA 5 to enjoy the enhanced graphics.
